Studying a Master of Speech Pathology at CSU, with a passion for helping individuals communicate confidently. I work closely with children and their families to support meaningful progress toward real-life goals. My warm, family-centered approach focuses on practical, positive change in everyday communication and connection.

Kethi Jayasuriya
As Co-Founder of the company, I bring over eight years of experience in support work, along with a Master’s degree in Marketing and professional experience within the disability employment sector. This combined background allows me to approach support with both a strategic and person centred mindset.
I am passionate about creating meaningful, engaging experiences for participants and their families, with a strong focus on outdoor activities, nature, and animal interactions. My goal is to deliver high quality support that fosters connection, builds confidence, and creates lasting, positive memories.

Tadiwa Vakisai
I'm currently studying Architecture, with a background in art and design. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do, and I love exploring new environments that inspire learning and expression.
With professional experience in art tutoring and three years in support work, I’m passionate about helping others discover and grow their creative skills. I take pride in leading with empathy and supporting individuals to build confidence through artistic exploration.
I look forward to sharing my love of art and learning alongside my participants on every step of their journey.

With a background in psychology and a deep passion for understanding people, I’m dedicated to creating meaningful connections and supportive experiences. I love music, languages, and finding the little things that bring joy to everyday life. Whether it’s sharing a laugh, learning something new together, or just being a steady presence, I’m here to help clients feel seen, heard, and empowered all while having fun.

Jessica Andonovski
Compassionate and empathetic support worker who brings warmth to every interaction. With focus on building genuine connections and a positive environment.
They have a natural talent for engaging children through imaginative play, bringing creativity and fun into their support. With a background in science, they are currently studying a Certificate III in Disability Support to continue developing their skills. Fun fact they enjoy anime.

Kyeyune Muwanguzi
Is a motivated and community-focused support worker currently completing a Certificate III in Individual Support.
He brings strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging diverse communities through volunteer work and leadership roles. His background has developed his ability to connect with people from varied cultural and social backgrounds, with a focus on inclusion and understanding.
With experience in customer-facing and team environments, he is confident in building rapport, supporting individual needs, and contributing positively to any setting. He is reliable, proactive, and committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.

NDIS FUNDING
Please note that we are a group of independent support workers and not yet a registered NDIS provider. As independent support workers, our services are funded by the NDIS. We have all the appropriate checks (police check, working with children check, first aid, and CPR). Our services are tailored to align with your child's goals, and we charge under the proper category. Please talk to your local LAC if you are unsure.
Our activities can be claimed under both Core funding – Assistance to Access Community, Social, and Recreational Activities or Capacity Building – Community Participation Activities.
